Recently Keith wrote a Policy Paper about the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan titled Understand the ORPP Debate: A Guide for Non Experts. The ORPP is a concept that’s been proposed by the Ontario government and which has become part of the federal election campaign. Keith's paper was referenced in The Financial Post's article, Ontario’s planned pension plan is not a ‘job killing’ tax, pension consultant says.
